MILWAUKEE, WI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers fell to the Milwaukee Brewers in 10 innings Monday 3-2, snapping their three-game win streak.
Jonathan Schoop went two-for-four with an R-B-I, and Akil Baddoo hit a solo home run for the Tigers.
The Brewers walked off with the win on a Luis Urias RBI single in the tenth. Willy Adames blasted a two-run homer for Milwaukee as the Brewers won their fifth game in a row.
The Tigers used seven relief pitchers in the game. Jose Cisnero gave up the game winning hit and was charged with the loss.
The teams wrap up the two-game set tonight, with the opening pitch scheduled for 7:40 p.m. EDT. The Tigers will be idle tomorrow before starting a four game series against the White Sox in Chicago on Thursday night.
