KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Two people were shot early this morning in Kalamazoo and one of them has died from their injuries.
The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety tells WWMT that officers responded to the 800 block of Lane Blvd. just before 2:00 a.m.. At the scene, officers located a 31-year-old man and a 23-year-old man, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
The men were taken to an area hospital, where the 31-year-old was pronounced dead. The 23-year-old is said to have non-life-threatening injuries.
