KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Jazmonique Strickland, the wife of former pastor Stricjavvar “Strick” Strickland, has had all charges of criminal sexual conduct involving minors dropped against her, according to a report from MLive Wednesday.

That comes after a warrant for her arrest was issued earlier this year on several alleged sex crimes, and after her husband was arrested last year.
Jazmonique Strickland was previously charged with felony counts related to child sexual assault and human trafficking of a minor.
She and her husband are alleged to have paid teenage boys for sexual acts and photographs between the years of 2015 and 2018.
Both were accused of using their positions at Second Baptist Church and Kalamazoo Public Schools to coerce teen boys into the acts.
According to MLive, the charges against Jazmonique were dropped because the Kalamazoo County Prosecutor’s Office was unable to prove that she had used her school position to talk victims into the acts.
One victim who testified said that the acts were facilitated by Strick Strickland, not his wife, and that he didn’t interact with her much at school. Charges were also dropped because the payouts were conducted by Strick Strickland.
Prosecutor Jeff Getting also told MLive that his office will now consider what to do next following the charges being dropped.
Meanwhile, Strickland himself will be facing 11 felony counts involving criminal sexual conduct and human trafficking of a minor.
He was previously granted a $500,000 bond, which has since been posted, according to MLive. It is currently not known when he will be back in court.
