KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office along with a bomb squad responded Friday to what investigators are calling a suspicious item.
Authorities say the item was found in the grass at Husted’s Market on M-43, west of Kalamazoo around 12:30 p.m.
Responding out of precaution, county police along with a bomb squad inspected the area which was cleared around 2 p.m. No further details are known at this time.
