Driver sought who crashed into Kalamazoo County home then took off on foot

OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County authorities are looking for the driver of a vehicle that crashed into a home earlier this week.

It happened in the 300 block of Drake Rd. near W. Main St. in Oshtemo Township at around 11:00 Monday evening. Investigators say the driver took off on foot after the crash. There were no injuries.

In a photo posted by the Oshtemo Township Fire Department to their Facebook page, the newer model white Ford Fiesta is seen sticking halfway out of the home.

Anyone with information about the driver should contact the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office or Silent Observer.
