PARCHMENT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Officials with the Parchment Community Library announced Monday that its hours will be expanding starting on Monday, April 5.
The library is currently open Monday through Wednesday from 1 – 5 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Starting April 5, the library will be open during the following hours:
- Monday & Tuesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
- Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and
- Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Curbside service will continue to be available during these hours, and computer stations are available for patron use.
Officials add that during this time, COVID-19 precautions will remain in place. A mask covering your nose and mouth must be worn at all times in the library and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
Patrons must limit their visits to one hour or less. Seating is not available except for those using computer stations.
Officials ask that those who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms not enter the building.
