LANSING, MI — Kohan Retail Investment Group is the new owner of the Lansing Mall. Delta Township Planning Director Gary Bozek confirms the sale to the Lansing State Journal but says they don’t have any details about the sale.
Kohan bought the mall from Brookfield Properties. The property, which sets on West Saginaw Highway on Lansing’s westside, had been on the market since last October.
Lansing Mall has suffered with empty storefronts in recent years as retail has shifted from brick and mortar locations to online retailing.
