IONIA TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — A teenager from Ionia Township who was reported missing over the weekend has been found, police say. 15-year-old Tisa Butler had last been seen Saturday morning, leaving her home with an unknown man. Michigan State Police said Monday she had been found safe. They did not provide further details.

Authorities in Ionia County are trying to locate a missing teenager who is believed to be traveling with an unidentified adult male.
Michigan State Police Troopers say 15-year-old Tisa Marie Butler was last seen on North State Road near Dildine Road in Ionia at around 11:15 Sunday morning. She reportedly left her home with an unknown white man who was driving a gold Chevrolet Uplander.
He is described as about 6 feet tall and in his mid to late 20s with dark hair. Butler stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and weighs 260 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing black leggings, a black sweatshirt, and black and white checkered shoes. Troopers had no indication of where they might be headed or how she knows the man.
