BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Police in Battle Creek have successfully located the missing Vernon Bennett.
They released the following statement to the public Monday night:

Police in Battle Creek are searching for a missing man from the area.
The subject is identified as 69-year-old Vernon Clark Bennett, who is suffering from dementia and is an insulin dependent.
Bennett is described as a white male standing at 6’2″, 240 pounds, with dark gray hair and a beard and mustache.
He was last seen wearing a green flannel coat, blue shirt, gray sweatpants, blue Sketcher tennis shoes and a VA baseball cap with American flag.
He is driving a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country with Michigan handicap registration of G7832.
