PORTAGE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Officials with the City of Portage Department of Public Works say their staff have begun work to clear storm drains on local streets in an effort is underway to reduce the risk of potential flooding, based on the forecast of increasing temperatures in the coming days.
DPW officials say plow operators will make every effort to minimize impact to local driveways, but some snow accumulation in driveways may occur.
