Wagner helps Wolverines hold off Rutgers for fourth straight win

ANN ARBOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Number three University of Michigan beat Rutgers 71-64 at Crisler Center last night in men’s college basketball.

Franz Wagner had 20 points to help lead the Wolverines to their fourth straight win.

U of M, 15-and-1 overall, takes on fourth-ranked Ohio State Sunday.

Michigan State University will try to end their two-game losing streak at Indiana tomorrow.  The Spartans fell to 10-and-9 overall and 4-and-9 in the Big Ten after Tuesday’s 75-65 loss to Purdue.

The Hoosiers stand at 12-and-9 overall and are 7-and-7 in the conference.
