KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Despite bad weather conditions locally, the Kalamazoo County Health & Community Services Department will continue to hold its COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic today (Tuesday) at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center.
Everyone with a scheduled appointment is reminded to proceed with caution and to plan for plenty of time with travel to the clinic. Late arrivals will be accommodated. With the expected snow and road conditions, the following options are available to those with appointments today:
- If you keep your appointment, take your time and use extra caution to arrive safely. Delays may result in some longer wait times.
- Anyone scheduled today and arriving late will be seen, but please be sure to arrive before 4:00 pm.
- If you need to reschedule, you can do so for next week. Use the scheduling email you received for available options.
- If you cannot reschedule online, please call 269-373-5200. Please reserve phone capacity for those who cannot reschedule online.
If you arrive early for your vaccination appointment, please remain in your car until a few minutes before your scheduled time. You may check in starting five minutes before your scheduled time. Assistance or wheelchairs are available for those who may not be able to walk through the entire facility or who may need additional support.
Kalamazoo County Health & Community Services Department continues to work with partner organizations and volunteers to vaccinate eligible individuals as quickly as possible and using all available vaccine doses each week.
