BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – UPDATE: WWMT reported Tuesday night that the brother police were searching for, David Michael Wallace, has turned himself in.
According to the report, Wallace will be arraigned Wednesday on multiple charges involving open murder, torture, felony firearm and more.
Both Wallace and his younger brother, 31-year-old Tyler Wallace, are charged in the death of Jesse Fyffe of Lansing. He will appear in court for a preliminary hearing on February 22.

An Albion man was expected to be formally charged on Tuesday with last June’s murder of 24-year-old Jesse Fyffe of Lansing.
The Battle Creek Enquirer reports 31-year-old Tyler Wallace was being held for open murder, unlawful imprisonment and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
A warrant has been issued Wallace’s 47-year-old brother David for his part in the alleged crime.
David Michael Wallace is also charged with open murder and several other crimes.
The shooting, which was part of a bizarre series of events, took place at property owned by the Wallaces in the 14000 block of 24-Mile Road.
Why are they only saying Fyffe was shot in the chest & groin? Why not tell the truth he was also shot thru his head! Why keep saying he MIGHT have went there to do a B&E? Wheres that proof, from the mouths of the murderer’s ?? Why are you reporting Fyffe was found??? He was hunted down like a dog by Wallace who brought him back at gun point & finished the job.
