Red Wings snap eight game losing streak with win over Panthers Sunday

SUNRISE, FL (WKZO AM/FM) –  The Detroit Red Wings have their first road win of the season.

Givani Smith had a goal and an assist in a 4-1 win over the Panthers in Florida Sunday.

Detroit snapped an eight-game skid overall and is 1-5-and-1 away from home.  The teams rematch tomorrow.
