DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Former Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is headed to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The Carolina Panthers are one of the teams that made a serious offer to acquire former Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford. ESPN reports Carolina offered the eighth overall pick, a fifth-rounder and QB Teddy Bridgewater. Stafford went to the LA Rams instead.
