EAST LANSING, MI — Software developer TechSmith plans to build an international headquarters facility in East Lansing that will create and retain up to 300 high-tech jobs.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s office estimates the facility will generate total private investment of 15-million dollars. TechSmith develops software that captures screen content for better communications and is used for training and scholastic lessons.
TechSmith, which is currently based in Okemos, will also team with Michigan State University and Lansing Community College to provide learning opportunities for students.
