DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Gas prices in Michigan have fallen to their lowest levels since early June. Michigan drivers are now paying an average price of $2.00 per gallon for regular unleaded, which AAA Michigan says is down four cents compared to last week. This price is 12 cents less than this time last month and about 55 cents less than this time last year.
Motorists are paying an average of $30 for a full 15-gallon tank of gasoline, which is down $14 from when prices were their highest last July.
AAA Michigan spokesperson Adrienne Woodward says “With demand remaining low, Michigan drivers should expect pump prices to continue to decline.”
