DEWITT, MI — Students are in classrooms today throughout the DeWitt Public School District. The school will host students on Monday and Tuesday this week.
Another mid-Michigan school district does not appear to be heading back to the classroom soon. WILX-TV in Lansing is reporting East Lansing Public Schools (ELPS) Superintendent Dori Leyko will recommend to the ELPS Board of Education that classes continue to be held remotely through the end of October.
The ELPS Board of Education has a regularly scheduled meeting for tonight when the board may take action on the recommendation.
