KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo Public Safety officers are searching for several suspects involved in a shooting near a group of hotels in the Milwood Neighborhood.
First responders were called to the 3600 block of East Cork Street near the Clarion Inn off of I-94 around 5:30 p.m. Friday after a report of shots fired.
A victim was found at the scene and is currently being treated. His condition has not been released.
Authorities are now looking for four black men in a smaller silver or gray SUV that fled the scene westbound on East Cork Street following the shooting.
This comes after another shooting was reported around 12:30 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Florence Street near Burrell Avenue. One person was injured.
