OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A man is in custody after he forced his way into an Oshtemo apartment complex and assaulted the tenant.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Danford Creek Apartments off of Stadium Drive.
Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputies say the suspect broke into the apartment, assaulted the victim, and then fled on foot before authorities arrived.
They launched their K-9 unit and tracked down the suspect.
He’s now booked in the Kalamazoo County Jail.
