CASS COUNTY (WKZO AM/FM) — A car-pedestrian collision just east of Niles has killed a 70-year-old man near the Berrien- Cass County Line.
State Police say that Earl Doss was crossing U.S. 12 at Reum Road Friday Evening at about 6:40 in the fading light when he was struck by a vehicle near a gas station.
The driver of the vehicle, a 35-year-old man from Niles is cooperating with authorities. They are investigating.
