JACKSON COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Charges may be brought against a 59-year-old professional truck driver from Pennsylvania for allegedly causing a collision that left two people from the Addison area dead.
Jackson County Deputies are running tests and preparing a file for the prosecutor.
They say the semi driver crossed the centerline while heading southbound on U.S. 127, striking a Jeep, killing 79-year-old David Riley and his daughter, 47-year-old Stephanie Eaker.
It happened at about 7:30 a.m. Sunday.
Both Riley and Eaker were pronounced dead at the scene.
