SOUTH HAVEN (WKZO AM/FM) — A brawl at last night’s varsity basketball game between South Haven and Paw Paw was cancelled in the first quarter after foul sparked a shoving match between two players which escalated into a near riot.
The fight cleared both benches, and some of the stands, involving a number of fans.
It brought police from three other agencies into the gym to break it up.
In all about 70 got involved in the brawl.
There were no injuries or arrests reported.
