COOPER TOWNSHIP (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County Sheriff deputies are looking for more answers after a victim drove himself to the hospital with a stab wound.
The man arrived at Borgess Hospital just before 1:30 a.m. Tuesday with a stab wound in the abdomen.
He notified authorities that the altercation occurred in the 5500 block of Collingwood Avenue in Cooper Township and that he decided to drive himself to the hospital 1 hour after the incident.
Investigators say there is limited information due to a lack of witnesses.
The victim was taken into emergency surgery and is listed in stable condition.
