LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A Michigan lawmaker is introducing legislation to prohibit marijuana-infused beer in the state.
Senator Rick Jones of Grand Ledge says bar owners and bartenders claim it is a recipe for disaster as they already have enough trouble judging intoxication levels.
The product is already available in Colorado.
The bill has been proposed to the Senate Regulatory Reform Committee for consideration.
