KALAMAZOO (WKZO-AM) — A Kalamazoo man has been charged with the malicious destruction of police property after he allegedly used a shovel to smash the windshield of a Kalamazoo Public Safety cruiser on Sunday.
Theodore Clark, 48, was just leaving the public safety station on Oakland Drive when the incident occurred.
He initially told police that he was angry with his girlfriend and felt the need to vent.
Clark is being held on $500 bond.
