KALAMAZOO (WKZO) — Kenneth Langston has been bound over to stand trial for murder after waiving preliminary exam in a Kalamazoo courtroom.
Langston was identified as one of two or more gunman who opened fire during a dispute on North Church outside a convenience store last summer..
Ballistics tests show that one of the .22 caliber slugs that was fired from where Langston was standing on that day allegedly struck Orlando Walker in the chest and killed him, as he was fleeing through a field to get away from the gun fire.
Another man Reginald Calvin, has been arrested for firing a gun on that day, but he was armed with a TEC-9, which fires a different caliber bullet.
They don’t believe he hit anyone.
