PHILADELPHIA (WKZO) — Amtrak has been ordered to immediately upgrade train safety systems along the stretch near Philadelphia where 8 died in a train wreck last week.
They held a memorial service in Philadelphia for all the dead, and hundreds attended a Memorial Service for Rachel Jacobs in New York this weekend.
Hundreds more are expected to attend her funeral today in Southfield.
They also held a moment of silence in the State Legislature last week, where her mother, Gilda Jacobs once served.
Rachel Jacobs was 39.
