KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Kalamazoo County Deputies were dispatched to West Main and Maple Hill Drive around 9:15 p.m. Saturday where a 14-year-old female was struck while crossing the intersection.
Police report that she was hit by an eastbound vehicle driven by a 24-year-old male.
The victim was transported to the hospital where she is listed in critical condition.
Eastbound lanes were closed for about two hours during the investigation.
