NEWBERG TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Cass County police are investigating a single vehicle crash in Newberg Township that sent one to the hospital on Friday.
Authorities say the driver, Ryan Ward, a 26-year-old Edwardsburg resident, was driving westbound on Bald Hill Street near Tower Road when he lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway, and hit a guardrail and a tree at around 7 p.m.
Ward was transported to Bronson Hospital.
The Newberg Fire Department, Newberg Ambulance, and Life Care Ambulance service assisted in the investigation.
