MECOSTA COUNTY, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Kalamazoo man was arrested Monday morning in Mecosta County following a traffic stop.
Deputies with the Mecosta County Sheriff’s office noticed a suspicious vehicle just after 11:00 a.m. and made a traffic stop near a park-and-ride off of U.S. 131. During the investigation, suspected meth was found inside the vehicle.
The 36-year-old driver from Kalamazoo, whose name has not been released pending arraignment, was taken into custody for ten outstanding warrants, possession with intention to deliver methamphetamine, driving without a license and insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.
