PAW PAW, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Deputies are investigating multiple break-ins of motor vehicles near the village of Bloomingdale on Saturday.
Van Buren County dispatch received eight complaints of vehicles that had been unlawfully entered with various items taken.
During the investigation, police found that the victims had left their vehicles unlocked. Authorities report that numerous items of value were taken from the vehicles by the unknown suspect(s).
This incident remains under investigation to determine the identity of the suspect(s). County residents are encouraged to lock their vehicles when unattended.
