LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Michigan State Police posts will accept unwanted prescription medicine Saturday for the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.
They will not accept liquids, patches, syringes, and inhalers.
The pills will be accepted with no questions asked and will be destroyed.
The Prescription Drug Take Back Day will run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., but medicine can be dropped off at any MSP post between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday every week.
