CENTREVILLE MI (WKZO AM/FM) – It’s a first…the Centreville Bulldogs claimed their first state high school football title on Friday, shutting out Ubly 22-0 in the Division 8 championship game.
The Bulldogs capped a perfect 11-0 season with the win.
The team was greeted by hundreds of residents upon their return from Ford Field, with a ceremony held at the football field.
Coach Jerry Schultz guided the team to the title in his first year as head coach.
