KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Violin artist “Dixon’s Violin” will be making a stop at Old Dog Tavern this weekend.
Dixon’s Violin, Born Dixon David Hammond, is a former member of the Detroit Symphony Civic Orchestra, as well as the Midland Symphony.
Dixon is well-known for performing at several music festivals, including Electric Forest in Michigan to name one.
He has also been known to perform at several types of yoga and art events with his brand of ethereal violin music.
Dixon has also given three TED Talks during his career.
The concert will take place this Saturday at Old Dog Tavern beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are available for $12 with more information available online.
