KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 65-year-old man is being held without bond in the Kalamazoo County Jail after being charged yesterday with open murder and felony firearm.
Larry Eberstein is accused of shooting and killing his 68-year-old brother, William Eberstein, Sunday morning in Brady Township.
The two were in an argument and sheriff’s deputies say Larry used a handgun to kill William.
He was arrested at the scene around 9:30 a.m. and is due back in court September 29th.
