KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – After having their Tuesday Mid American Conference game at Eastern Michigan University postponed, the Western Michigan University men’s basketball team returns to conference action Saturday, hosting the University of Akron. Tip-up is set for 5:00 p.m.
The Broncos then play at Ohio University Tuesday night.
The WMU women’s basketball team will host Ohio University Saturday at 12 noon.
The women’s volleyball team opens its season on the road, with games Friday at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday at 5:00 p.m. at the University of Toledo.
The Western men’s hockey team will skate at the University of Minnesota Saturday and Sunday nights.
