DEARBORN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The price of a gallon of gas in Michigan is down one-cent from last week.
Triple-A Michigan says the statewide average is now $3.95, 28¢ less than last month and 67¢ more than last year.
A 15-gallon tank on average costs $59 in Michigan.
The state’s highest price remains in Ann Arbor at $3.99, and Marquette in the Upper Peninsula has the lowest average price at $3.79.
In southwest Michigan, St. Joseph County has the lowest average price at $3.88, followed by Allegan, Calhoun, and Van Buren counties at $3.89, Berrien and Kalamazoo counties at $3.93, Cass County one-penny higher at $3.94, and Barry County is the most expensive at $3.97.
