BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Calhoun County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 47-year-old man Wednesday morning after a homeowner used a live security camera feed to witness two intruders burglarizing their home on St. Mary’s Lake Road.
Deputies arrived within minutes, blocking a white sedan in the driveway and safely detaining the man and a 45-year-old woman, who was later released pending a warrant request.
A search of the vehicle uncovered multiple stolen items, including a television protruding from the trunk, and the male suspect was lodged at the Calhoun County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing, with authorities urging anyone with information to contact the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office.
