OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, M (WKZO AM/FM) – A 38-year-old man was killed after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday at the intersection of West Main Street and North Drake Road in Ostemo Township.
The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called out around 4:30 a.m. They say life saving efforts
were performed on scene, and the man was transported to a local
hospital where he was later died.
The driver stopped at the scene
and was identified.
They say no names are being released as it is an active investigation. A portion of the intersection was closed off for a period of a few hours.
