BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 31-year-old Battle Creek man is in the Calhoun County Jail on a charge of felonious assault and for outstanding warrants.
Battle Creek police arrested him Sunday afternoon after they responded to reports of a man with a gun in the 100 block of Pleasant Avenue.
The callers told dispatchers he was walking in the street, acting disorderly and yelling at neighbors with a long gun.
The man then walked into a nearby home after he allegedly pointed the gun at one of the neighbors.
He was arrested after obeying orders to leave the home and the investigation continues.
