KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — An investigation is underway after a reported felonious assault near Western Michigan University’s campus.
A WMU Public Safety alert was sent out just after 1:30 a.m. on Sunday informing that the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety were responding to an incident in the 1100 block of Greenwood Avenue. Greenwood is near Michigan Avenue west of Howard Street.
No other details have been released at this time and its unclear is a suspect is in custody.
