LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Michigan Lottery says 58-year-old Michelle Roemer of Otsego has won $1 million at their Millionaire Maker Second Chance event on April 10th.
She earned entries by scanning her non-winning Millionaire Maker instant game tickets on the Michigan Lottery’s mobile app and was one of five finalists selected to take part in the event at a Grand Rapids Griffins hockey game.
With her winnings, Roemer plans to book a vacation, invest, and live debt-free.
Players have won more than $90 million playing the Millionaire Maker instant game, which launched in September 2025.
