KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Western Michigan University has named nine finalists in their Cultivate 269 business pitch competition.
The five WMU students selected by judges are Genesis Erhabor, Caden Boynton, Garret Patnoude, Connor Burkett, and Dericka Bellamy.
The four WMU students chosen by over two-thousand community members are Khang Nguyen, Samuel Marseille, Chy’Ah Smith, and Kalea Barnes.
The five selected by judges will compete for a $75,000 grand prize, and the four others will compete for a $25,000 prize.
The finalists will present their pitches on April 10th.
