KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Borgess Hospital has announced it plans a $35-million dollar expansion to its surgical and birthing units to provide more and larger suites for procedures.
They say the extra room is needed for current and future technologies. They will be adding a floor to the Stryker Center and two new elevators. It will be connected to the patient unites by a new bridge.
The plan is to have it completed by 2020.
