KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — For the second time this week homeowners on Oakhurst Avenue, just off South Westnedge and adjacent to the Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park had been told to boil their water before drinking it.
It was due to the second water main break along the same stretch of water main in the area this week.
Because it is controlled by the same shut-off Isolation valves, the same identical area is impacted.
Test results are now back and they have found that the water is indeed safe to ingest.
