PAW PAW, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Being convicted by a jury in December of throwing a pipe bomb at police on July 4th last year has resulted in Morgan Parish of Van Buren County being sentenced to at least 350 months, just over 29-years, in prison.
Parish will serve between 350 and 450 months, with the maximum sentence being 37.5 years.
Police were trying to arrest him on a separate warrant when he threw the pipe bomb at them.
Parish was convicted of all 18 charges he faced.
