LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) — No charges were ever filed against Randall Margraves, the man who lunged at Larry Nassar during setencing earlier this year.
Margreaves had just heard the details of what his two daughters experienced while under going “Treatment” for the first time.
That left Margraves with unfinished business: what to do with over $31,400 that was quickly donated by 877 donors to an unauthorized gofundme page set up in his name to pay for his defense.
He decided at the time to give the money to charity but he wanted to give donors until March 9th to ask for their money back first.
A lot of the money was donated by members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, the same union that Margraves belongs to.
Now that that deadline has passed and there was still $29,700 left in the fund, he has sent checks to four different non-profits that help the victims of sexual abuse in the Lansing Area.
