KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — Rachael Kaiser, the woman charged with embezzling funds from the Kalamazoo Strong organization has had her bond conditions modified, to allow her to take a family vacation that was planned before she was arrested and charged earlier this month.
Kaiser, who now lives near Detroit is charged with using an unauthorized credit device to divert about $4,000 from the fund on personal expenses.
The court has ruled that since she has been cooperative that a ban on out of state travel can be lifted.
No word on where she plans to vacation.
