LANSING, MI — The City Rescue Mission of Lansing says it has completed major construction on the new Single Adult Shelter (SAS). While the facility will continue to undergo operational preparations, including staff hiring and process refinement, phase two of our new building at 415 West Kalamazoo Street in downtown Lansing is now complete.
“This milestone reflects the extraordinary generosity of our supporters,” it said in a press release.
To celebrate this achievement, the City Rescue Mission is inviting community members to tour the new facility during an Open House on Saturday, December 13, with doors open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Visitors may park on-site or use the Elliott-Larsen lot located directly across the street.
